Helping people access meaningful activity and purpose through environmental modification, consulting, and individual therapy
What are “occupations”?
Occupational therapy considers all meaningful and necessary parts of life to be “occupations.” This includes work, education, play, leisure, sleep, socialization, and Activities of Daily Living (dressing, grooming, cooking, driving, etc).*
Occupational Therapists help people learn, re-engage, and access all of life’s occupations.
